What subjects and courses do you cover?

Do you cater to students outside the UK?

Absolutely. Our students are located across the UK, the Middle East and Australia. We have a tried and tested set-up for online learning using a combination of video conferencing and online whiteboard sharing.

How do I sign up for a course?

Are there any additional costs (e.g., for workbooks and extra practice books)?

Yes, there may be an additional cost for specific workbooks however these are required in a few cases only. Most of the worksheets and practice books are included in the fees.

Can I reschedule my session?

If you are unable to attend a particular session, then the request to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on availability, the session can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time in the following two weeks. There is no refund for the sessions cancelled within 24 hours. If there is a cancellation by the tutor, every effort will be made to reschedule the session. If this is not possible, a credit for the missed session will be given in the next six-session pack.

What is your refund policy?

Tutoring fees are payable in advance as a pack of six sessions. You can discontinue lessons by giving a three-week notice in writing.
